Still is a sauna opening at Four Wellness on Greenhills Road. Somewhere warm to stop for an hour, a short walk from the mats, the mirrors and the float tanks.
Less noise. More heat.
Leave the phone outside. Sit in the heat, breathe slowly and let the room do the work. Stay as long as feels good, not as long as the clock says.
Some sounds make everything else disappear.
Water on hot stones. A hiss, a wave of steam, then quiet. The Finns call it löyly.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
Cool down, then rest until your breathing slows. Go again, or call it a day. That is the whole ritual: heat, cool down, rest.
